Production Time:
In most cases, normal production time is within 10 working
days from the receipt of order. Custom orders may take longer.
Terms:
Net 30 with credit approval. We reserve the right to remove
any item or change prices prior to our accepting an order.
Guarantee:
Any defects in workmanship will be corrected without charge.
However, a slight variation from piece to piece may occur and
is an indication of a hand-made product. Small bubbles, shear
marks and flow marks in glass or crystal are not considered defects.
Marble, a natural substance, may have significant variation in
texture (veins) and color.
